Belltown Messenger

There's no room this month for me to write a 5,000 word expose on the lawsuits surrounding the continually under-construction Belltown Court condos, so I guess I'll just list some things I like about Belltown instead:
-It's not Fremont.
-It's in the center of the city and easily accessible from all neighborhoods.
-The mix of low and mid income housing sprinkled among the highbrow "vertical gated communities."
-Cafe Casbah, Bellino and even the haunted Austin Bell Starbucks.
-The coming Whole Foods market at 2200 Westlake. Those of us not in the employ of Microsoft call it "Whole Paycheck." -AM
